Cross Country

Few sports truly push the body to the max like Cross Country. While wrestling, football, and basketball are all intense and exciting to watch, cross country demands a steady, consistent push from the body that lasts for the duration of a long, grueling race. The key to this is practice, practice, and more practice. With a steady commitment to workouts and self-discipline, these cross country runners find out exactly how far beyond the expected one can push their physical selves. On a cool, crisp October morning, the Bulldog runners participated in the LEL Conference meet which brought a great many like-minded runners together to test their endurance and abilities against each other.
